CARICAM Executive Search Partners (“CARICAM”, “we”) is an executive search firm headquartered in San José, Costa Rica, operating across Central America, the Caribbean and the Andean region.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it and the rights you hold over it. It applies to this website and to any contact initiated through it.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
If you share your professional profile as a candidate: your résumé and whatever career information you choose to provide.
Minimal technical data derived from how the site operates, described in the Cookie Policy. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and open the conversation you requested.
To run the search and assessment engagements our clients retain us for.
To consider your professional profile for current or future opportunities, when you send it to us for that purpose.
Legal basis and framework
We process your information on the basis of your consent and of the steps needed to handle your request, in accordance with Costa Rica's Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of their Personal Data and its regulations.
Who we share it with
A candidate's information is presented to a client only with the candidate's prior authorization. That is a firm rule as much as a legal obligation.
We share data with the technical providers that keep the site running (hosting, form processing), under agreements that restrict use to that purpose.
We do not sell or trade personal information.
How long we keep it
Business enquiries are retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Candidate profiles are retained for future opportunities until you withdraw your consent, as detailed in the Candidate Information Consent.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, updating or deletion of your information at any time, and you may withdraw any consent you have given.
To exercise these rights, write to us through the site's contact page. We respond within the timeframes the law establishes.
Security and changes
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to the information we manage, including the strict confidentiality that defines executive search practice.
If this policy changes, the current version will be published on this page with its revision date.
