Candidate Information Consent
Last updated: August 2026
Draft pending legal review. This document has not yet been validated by CARICAM's legal counsel.
By sending your professional profile to CARICAM — through the site's form, by email or via LinkedIn — you grant the consent described on this page.
You may withdraw it at any time; how to do so is explained at the end.
What you authorize
That CARICAM incorporates your professional information into its talent search and assessment processes.
That we evaluate it against the requirements of current or future positions, including interviews, assessments and reference checks where an engagement requires it and you take part in it.
The rule we do not break
Your information is never presented to a client without your prior, position-specific authorization.
Holding a conversation with CARICAM does not make you a candidate in any process without your knowledge.
Confidentiality
Your interest in new opportunities is handled in strict confidence: we do not disclose it to your current employer or to anyone outside the process you choose to join.
Retention
We keep your profile on file for future opportunities while this consent remains in force. You may ask us to update it at any time; a current profile represents you better than an outdated one.
How to withdraw this consent
Write to us through the contact page stating that you wish to withdraw your profile. We will remove it from our active records within the legal timeframes, except for the minimum information we must retain by law.
